Len Cuoco, CPA, Founder & President

Len has successfully restructured companies and led initiatives to restore underperforming corporations to profitability, both in and out of Chapter 11 for more than 30 years. He has lead turnarounds utilizing his ability to understand complex business issues, develop strategic plans and translate them into measurable results. His executive, financial and operational management experience combined with his understanding of industry specific business economics, strategic opportunities, and performance improvement methodology has enabled him to provide transformative leadership, responding quickly and decisively to complex challenges. These include strategic repositioning of core operations, refinancing and investment negotiating, cost reductions, maximization of working capital, and sales and pricing strategy.

Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Cuoco was President of General Container Corporation, President and CFO with Bay Cities Container Corporation and CEO of Costello Brothers Lithographers, all in the Southern California market. Other executive turnaround positions were as CFO with Corrugated Synergies International in Renton, WA, CFO of publicly traded Executive Office Group in New York City, and President of Payne Brothers Restaurants, a multi-unit restaurant chain in Roanoke VA. He has also worked to recover investments for the former Chairman of Anne Klein and co-founder of Donna Karan in New York City, the co-founder of ADP and owner and president of a NBA franchise in New York City as well as for the manager of a heavyweight boxing champion in a Beverly Hills, CA.

National clients have included Burger King, American International Group, IHOP, 1-800 Flowers, and Del Taco as well as serving as Interim Treasurer for a commercial bank start-up.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
